upstate, knox gym

Our long overdue road trip to the north country brought us to one great gym after another.  And, thanks to the research & guidance by author Matt Werner (more about him in an upcoming post) a large hole in our journey is now filled.  This first post is about history preserved & shared, architecture that is second to none, passionate school administrators; and of course, the future. So, with all of that being said, here's the Knox gym hours before graduation 2016.  CGS.
